- If working on a contingency basis for you, PSI work for free until successful. So enabling PSI to search for you takes just a phone call or email, and costs you no money/hassle upfront, unlike advertising or retained search. When you do hire a candidate through us, our recruitment rates are very reasonable, and unlike many recruitment firms, we always include a fee refund as standard on any employees hired through us.
- As a standard part of our service, PSI is always happy to help busy clients with extra tasks such as job spec creation/translation, salary target benchmarking/setting, or other value added advice or services that you might need, as listed here.
- At PSI we specialize in financial industry recruitment only and only for Asian markets. All our recruitment professionals are veterans of their trade, have been based in Asia for many years, and speak an Asian language in addition to English. So we can promptly and accurately identify and source the best candidates for you to interview, and we will stay the course until your need is filled.
- PSI only Submit Candidate Resumes to you when we have written permission from those candidates to do so. So we'll save your valuable time by only submitting candidates whom will be new to you, and will be of a strong interest to you.
